What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens if things don't go to plan.
About these terms
These terms apply when you book or use the Wardrobe Reset service from Attuned. By booking with us, you're agreeing to what's below. If something here doesn't sit right, tell us before we start; we'd rather have the conversation than a surprise later.
What we offer
- Wardrobe Reset — an at-home visit where we audit, edit, and style what you already own, followed by a personal lookbook.
Our work is advisory and craft-based. We bring our judgement and taste; the final decisions about what stays in your wardrobe and what you wear are yours.
Bookings and scheduling
Bookings happen over WhatsApp, phone, or email. A visit is confirmed once we've agreed a date, location, and (where applicable) the deposit or fee. We'll show up on time. If we're delayed by something outside our control, we'll communicate quickly and reschedule fairly.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is shared with you at the time of booking, in writing. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms — including any deposits — are confirmed at booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a Wardrobe Reset visit. Same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid, at our discretion.
Photographs taken during visits
During a Wardrobe Reset, we photograph pieces in your wardrobe to build your file and lookbook. Those images are private to you. We won't use them in marketing, social media, or anywhere outside your service unless you've separately and explicitly agreed. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information so we can do our job — sizes, occasions, deadlines.
- Provide a safe, accessible space for the visit.
- Treat our team with respect. We do the same.
What we don't promise
Style is personal. We bring expertise, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome — a promotion, a compliment, or a feeling. We will, however, work hard to make sure your wardrobe serves the life you actually live.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law.
Intellectual property
The Attuned name, logo, lookbooks we create for you, and the contents of attuned.club are owned by us. Your personal lookbook is for your use; please don't redistribute it commercially without our consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, let you know directly before they apply to you.
