Your wardrobe is personal. So is your data.
We only collect what we need to do our job well, we keep it safe, and we don't sell it. The detail follows.
Who we are
Attuned is a personal styling and wardrobe service operating in Delhi NCR, India. When we say we, us, or Attuned on this page, we mean the team behind attuned.club. You can reach us at hi@attuned.club for anything in this policy.
What we collect
To deliver a wardrobe reset, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email.
- Visit details — the address where we meet you.
- Wardrobe information — photographs of garments in your wardrobe, notes about pieces, your style preferences, occasion-by-occasion needs.
- Communication — your messages with us on WhatsApp, email, or call.
- Feedback — anything you share about your experience, including ratings.
- Newsletter email — only if you enter it in the “Letters, occasionally” box on our site.
We don't collect anything we don't need. We don't track you across the web, and our website doesn't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To plan and deliver your visits and lookbook.
- To build your style profile so future recommendations actually fit your life.
- To communicate with you about bookings and follow-ups.
- To improve our service — internally, and only in aggregated, non-identifying ways.
- To send the occasional letter, if you asked for it.
Letters, occasionally
If you give us your email in the footer of our site, we keep it on a mailing list and nothing else — it isn't a booking, it doesn't create an account, and it never goes to anyone outside Attuned. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough; you can also write to hi@attuned.club and we'll take you off by hand. Unsubscribing leaves the rest of your account untouched.
Photographs of your wardrobe
Wardrobe photos are private to your file. We don't post them publicly, share them with other clients, or use them in marketing without your explicit, separate consent. If you'd ever like them removed, write to us and we'll delete them.
The Attuned app
The Attuned app for iPhone and Android uses the same account and the same data as the website — nothing extra is collected because you installed it. Specifically:
- Signing in — by email (we send you a six-digit code), by password, or with your Google or Apple account. When you use Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them; we never receive your password.
- Photos you attach — when you send your stylist a photo of something you saw, the app asks for access to your photo library and uploads only the images you pick. It does not browse or upload anything else.
- Usage analytics — we use Google Firebase Analytics to count screen views and taps (for example, how often people start a WhatsApp chat) so we can improve the app. It records a random, app-specific identifier, not your name or email.
- What we don't collect — no location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no payment details in the app.
You can close your account at any time from Profile → Delete account — in the app or on the website — or by following the steps at attuned.club/account-deletion.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when we have to, and only with:
- Service providers we rely on to operate (secure cloud hosting, payment processing, communication tools). They are bound to handle your data confidentially.
- Authorities, if required by Indian law.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How we protect it
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems. Only Attuned team members who need to see your data to do their job can see it. We retain information for as long as you remain a client, and for a reasonable period after to honour any follow-up service. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data — see account deletion for what goes immediately and what we're required to keep.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave (e.g. to use a photograph).
Email hi@attuned.club with the request and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, the same email reaches our grievance contact.
Children
Our service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and note the new effective date. For material changes, we'll let you know directly.
