Delete your account from the app

1. Open the Attuned app and make sure you're signed in.
2. Tap your picture in the top bar to open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. You'll be signed out straight away.

Delete your account on the website

1. Sign in at attuned.club.
2. Click your picture in the top bar to open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
4. Confirm. You'll be signed out straight away.

If you can't sign in

Email hi@attuned.club from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and take care of it. If you write from a different address we may ask you a question or two first — that's to stop someone else closing your account.

What is deleted immediately

• Your ability to sign in — the account is locked the moment you confirm.
• Your password.
• Your Google and Apple sign-in connections, including the tokens we held for them.
• Any active sessions and any unused sign-in codes we'd emailed you.

What we keep, and why

If you've had a wardrobe reset with us, records of that service — visit notes, the lookbook we produced, and the invoice — stay in our books. We're required to retain business and tax records under Indian law, and they're no longer reachable by anyone signing in. If you've never had a visit, there's nothing of this kind to keep.

Want those records erased too, including your wardrobe photographs? Email hi@attuned.club and say so. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we'll erase everything we're not legally obliged to hold, and tell you what remains and for how long.

Can I come back?

Deletion is permanent — a deleted account can't be reopened, and your wardrobe, lookbooks and Style DNA won't come back with it. You're always welcome to start fresh with a new account.
