Leaving? Here's how.
You can close your Attuned account yourself, in a few taps, without asking anyone's permission. This page explains exactly what happens when you do.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the Attuned app and make sure you're signed in.
- Tap your picture in the top bar to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You'll be signed out straight away.
Delete your account on the website
- Sign in at attuned.club.
- Click your picture in the top bar to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Confirm. You'll be signed out straight away.
If you can't sign in
Email hi@attuned.club from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and take care of it. If you write from a different address we may ask you a question or two first — that's to stop someone else closing your account.
What is deleted immediately
- Your ability to sign in — the account is locked the moment you confirm.
- Your password.
- Your Google and Apple sign-in connections, including the tokens we held for them.
- Any active sessions and any unused sign-in codes we'd emailed you.
- Every photograph you gave us — your wardrobe, photos of yourself, anything you attached to a request, and the look images we generated from them — is removed from our storage.
- Your name, phone number, email address and the notes in your style profile.
- Any shared lookbook links stop working.
What we keep, and why
If you've had a wardrobe reset or a paid plan with us, the record that the service happened — the visit, the lookbook structure without its images, and the invoice — stays in our books. We're required to retain business and tax records under Indian law. Those records no longer carry your name or contact details, and nobody can sign in to reach them. If you've never had a visit or a plan, there's nothing of this kind to keep.

Can I come back?
Deletion is permanent — a deleted account can't be reopened, and your wardrobe, lookbooks and Style DNA won't come back with it. You're always welcome to start fresh with a new account.
